Agenda At Once is a personal information manager that goes a lot further than the concept of a simple agenda. This program combines pending task lists, appointment books, task programmers, note keeping, etc. All of this is perfectly integrated into a compact user interface. The program has support for multiple databases, optional password protection, hierarchical task organization, percentage completed of tasks, support for drag and drop, recurring tasks and much more.

The task programmer lets you alternate directly when viewing daily, weekly or monthly tasks, you can colour code events, assign projects and much more.

Agenda At Once, because of the huge quantity of personal data it can store, places special emphasis on security and reliability. The program encrypts all data, so no-one but you has access without permission or password. It also has an option to make backups, in case you have a problem and don´t want to lose anything.
